Exchange Policy


Our endeavour is to create happy customers. Therefore, we take special care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with any school uniform item that you have purchased from us, you can get it replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery provided the product is not used, washed and tags are intact.

In schools where the delivery is made inside the campus, exchange would be allowed only on the pre-informed date. Post that date, exchange will not be entertained.

If you placed your order online; you can exchange the item(s) by emailing to us at support@unistoreindia.com. For other details please refer to the replacement information provided on your order receipt.

Kindly mention the following details in the email:

1) Order number
2) Item details: quantity and price of the order
3) Reason for replacement
4) Your name and address

Kindly ensure the following to enable us to process your request for exchange:

1. Items should not be used and should be in their original condition.
2. Items should be in the original packaging.
3. Items should be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible, please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Return the item with a note detailing the reason for the return, order number and quantity and price of your order. Please also include your Email address.

3. We will notify you via Email when we have processed your return and refunded you’re the value of the uniform item(s). This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item.

DELIVERED INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive school uniform items which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the school uniform items in question provided that you notify us of the problem by Email to support@unistoreindia.com within 2 working day of delivery of the goods plus return them to us, if we request you to. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will do our very best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.
